Oak

Durable, strong, and highly valued for cabinet making due to its distinct grain patterns. It's easy to work with, finishes beautifully, and is widely available.

Walnut

Prized for its rich, dark colour, fine grain, and excellent workability. Walnut is strong, durable, and has a smooth texture, a refined choice for high-end cabinetry and furniture.

Strong, hard, and durable. It has a fine, tight grain and a pale cream to pinkish-brown colour, giving chairs a smooth, clean appearance.

Beech

Pine

Commonly used for sofa frames due to its lightweight nature, elasticity, and availability. While it's a softwood and not as hard as oak or walnut, pine is still strong enough for structural use in furniture.

At Larforma, we choose real wood veneer because it allows us to create unique, high-quality products while using less wood than solid pieces, making it a more sustainable option. Veneer maximizes the use of each tree by covering larger surfaces with minimal material, reducing waste. This helps conserve valuable natural resources while still offering the beauty and warmth of real wood.

Wood care:
